We are pleased to offer an online application process for families interested in enrolling at Sportsplex Daycare. Our schools have a limited number of spaces available each year, and enrolment is taken on a first come/first serve basis. Children with life-threatening allergies, asthma or other medical illness that require medical treatment must complete Form 1 prior to beginning program.

Here is an overview of the steps in our enrollment procedure:

Step 1 – Submit an Online Inquiry
Submit an online inquiry and schedule a tour. Details are available from the Contact Us page.

Step 2 – Fill out an Application Form
You will receive the application form after the tour to fill out.

Step 3 – Submit supporting documents and $50.00 non-refundable registration fee to reserve your spot. An additional $200 deposit will be needed six months prior to start date. $250 will be applied to the first months fees.
